VWK Puppies Go Home With;
1. Completed AKC Limited Registration that allows participation in AKC Rally, Obedience, Earthdog,
Agility, Field Trials, Barnhunt, FastCAT, Dock Diving, Flyball, and Nosework.
Yes, Dachshunds excel at all these activities!
2. All puppies will go home with a bottle of NuVet Plus vitamins, to assist in building your pup's immune
system. In addition, a 1 year Health Guarantee against all life-threatening genetic conditions is still being
offered. but will be extended to 2 years if NuVet Plus continues to be given during the dogs' life.
AKC includes 30 days free Pet Health Insurance with the registration.
3. AKC Reunite microchip and the lifetime enrollment in the Reunite database. No dog should go home
without these important recovery tools.
4. At least 3 puppy vaccinations...Neopar, NeoVacDA2, and Nobivac 5 way...to protect your puppy until
you can schedule a visit with your vet for ongoing care.
5. A complete physical exam by one of VWK's veterinarians.
This includes checks of heart,lungs,eyes,ears,belly,skin/coat, teeth,patellas,genitalia,and overall well
being. This report is available to you as a prospective new owner.
6. A bag of American Natural Premium Puppy Food.what your puppy has been eating and thriving on.
7. A bottle of Isle of Dogs Tearless Puppy Shampoo...to look and feel it's very best!
8. Your puppy's baby Blanket...that all it's photos from newborn to "going home" have been taken with.
This is a way to provide your new pup with a secure feeling in it's new environment.
9. A online Photo Album of your puppy's first weeks. This is provided to you weekly so you can see your
puppy growing, right up until you pick him/her up at VWK.
10. A written Agreement that details what to expect from VWK, and what is expected of you as an owner of
a VWK Dachshund. This includes a Spay/Neuter provision(unless you are purchasing a Show/Breeding
Prospect puppy)to be completed at the appropriate time...12-18months for males, 18-24months for
females.
11. My ongoing support and involvement in your dogs' life. From just exchanging photos, to getting advice
on healthcare. VWK will be there for you. I don't just sell puppies, I create relationships. Any VWK dog will
be welcomed back if for some reason, you can not keep your dog. Never, ever should a VWK dog be placed
in a rescue or surrendered to Animal Control. Their first home is always ready to bring them back.
